SPEAKER_06Um well, like I was saying before, it's it's just a lot of work. And when and when I started, I didn't realize how much work it actually was until you get to all like the little technical details. Like you gotta do, you know, the like the rough edit, and then you gotta do like the main edit, and then you gotta do, you know, the audio, the video, you gotta line those up, you gotta, you know, you gotta do clips, you gotta, you know, it's just it's a thumbnail. You gotta it's just it's it's all a lot of work, man. It's just lighting, ain't it? Titles, yeah, all that.
SPEAKER_03Like, yeah, like to the untrained eye, or somebody who just is just watching, just just somebody who just consumes fucking online content and shit like that. You just see shit and you're like, I could go fucking sit down somewhere and talk about whatever. Right, people think I can go do that. I can go just talk about whatever I want, fam, and it I could do this too.
SPEAKER_06You know, and that's what I thought. That's what I thought. But but you know what though, I have a little more drive than I would say most people do because I know how to do audio. I grew up. You're an artist.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you had you got the artistry in your blood, bro. So it's like which real quick points out to the the need for anything you want to become that drive, bro. You need somebody who's like, this is what I want to make it. And it reflects a reflection of how uh serious you take anything you do for it to look the way it does. Cause you could, you could technically put your fucking phone up and record onto a mic that's connected to your phone, like yeah, I'm podcasting. You know what I'm saying? You could, you could, yeah, you know, there's levels to it. You know, you could have been like, oh, it's too much work to do the professional way. I'm just gonna fucking wing it, you know what I mean? But that just reflects on how you are as a person, how you move, like nah, I want it to look a certain way. Right. There's this vision I have, we're gonna do it like that. Right.
SPEAKER_06Don't get me wrong, I still like to cut corners, but for sure. I like to, you know, I like to still make it look good. Yeah, no, you know, like it's always good.
SPEAKER_03I feel like I feel like I'm gonna be the person that's like fuck, I should have never used that shit when we're all thirsty and like fucking we're dying with no water and shit. No, it's more of a I I definitely fuck with AI right now. So yeah.
SPEAKER_16Well, it's more of a work smart, not hard. Exactly. No, exactly. Like, yeah, wherever you because when you work smart, not hard, you could get more work done if you're doing your work in a smart manner. Exactly. Like, you know, maximizing your time, and you know, so that's how I look at that.
SPEAKER_06That's how every yeah, there's a lot of people have just waste time. Yeah, and if you have something that can help you do that, I mean, why not use it? You know what I mean? Right and there's there's mixed reviews on it.
SPEAKER_03There's always I mean the thing is, you know, the re the reviews is like I I would understand where we're coming from from like a graphic designer. Like if I make flyers for everybody, and now everybody's like, fuck you, you know, I just click, click, click, and they make up the same looking ass flyer for everybody.
SPEAKER_06Right, with their little scratchy font and everybody has the same looking shit.
SPEAKER_03So, you know, I can see it from that perspective because that's more of a let me see, I want to say this right because I I want to get this point across very clear, bro. It's a difference from using AI to just using AI for it to do it for you, you know what I'm saying? As opposed as to an assistant to what you're trying to helping you, helping you not be the entire thing. You can use AI and still be original with it. Right. It's still my shit, it's still my thing. I just assisted something that can help me make it a little easier to do it, but not for me, you know what I'm saying? Right. Like because that that that will fuck you up.
SPEAKER_06It will fuck you up. And and it minimizes your workflow. It really does. It does. And that's why that's why a lot of companies, you know, people are getting mad because a lot of companies are using it and it's it's it's making employees not uh have that job anymore. So they're just they're fucked. Yeah.
SPEAKER_16Well, we talked about this early on in a different episode, but you know, pretty soon in the current path of where AI is going and just all the things that are becoming possible with it, they want to have it to where there's a worldwide um, I guess like a siphon or whatever, you know, like everybody gets universal. Universal income, bro. Yeah, universal income. Yeah, you know, and nobody's actually really working, but you get paid a certain amount, you're able to live off of that. Technology is fucking doing the work, and now like you have to creatives are gonna really like blow up then because it's like if you want to make anything past the universal income, then you have to really use creativity, you know.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, but here's the thing though, AI can't do all the jobs. They can't do all the jobs, you know. Like I mean, eventually I could see that type of thing happening where there is a universal income, but no, but but there the the universal income won't technically be for everybody.
SPEAKER_03Obviously, the rich motherfuckers in the world want that to be for everybody, but it's more or less of a uh a lot of people.
SPEAKER_05Right.
SPEAKER_03Well, you know, as opposed to like like right now, there's three of us in this room, we're gonna get to a point where one of us might be on universal income because there's just nothing you got fucking fucked in the process of all this happening.
SPEAKER_16Yeah, all your skills, all one of our skills is just gonna be completely obsolete. Yeah, because it could again. Because AI doesn't only mean like, you know, the shit that we see computers pumping out. AI is also like fucking iRobot. You know what I'm saying? Like these robots are gonna be walking around like doing the motherfuckers' jobs.
SPEAKER_03No, they're they're pushing for that. Yeah, pushing for that really bad right now. Like they want, I've never heard the more or the term humanoid robots more in my life than the last three months, bro. Yeah, like on news, major news channels, that they're pumping that shit. Like, they're getting you ready, humanoid robots. Y'all get ready to fucking come in for all of us, bro. Yeah, fucking real life iRobot shit, bro. And then when they when they master when they master that, a lot of the they can't do all our job shit go out the window, bro. Yeah, when they master how to move like humans.
SPEAKER_16And that's what I was gonna say. What what uh what jobs do you think won't be able to be so easily to be done?
SPEAKER_03When you break it down, real quick, because that's your question. That's for you. But when you break it down, there's not a lot. If you get into it, there's not a lot of people.
SPEAKER_06I mean, yeah, if you if you really go into like super detail as far as like making making humanoid robots and they're doing everything that humans can do, um well for one I would say which is a job that you know only uh decimal percent of a of the population have is like a professional athlete. You don't want to see a bunch of robots running around. But at the same time again, that's not there's not a lot of people that are professional athletes in the pop in the world population.
SPEAKER_03So and if you make the fucking robots human enough, right? You can make the you might not be able to even tell the difference. You can make this fucker dunk 50 up feet feet up in the air and land and land cold, nigga. I might not give a fuck about the NBA after that.
SPEAKER_16Have you guys seen that movie um Alita?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's a it's like it's like a 3D graphic movie.
SPEAKER_16Yeah, it's like uh fucking they got these robots and they look like people or whatever, and then they fucking you know, she's like a war robot or whatever, and she gets discarded or and then they bring her back to life, and but they have these fucking games where these people are like half they're like cyborgs and shit. They're like half people, half fucking machines and shit, and they're like trying to get to if they win a certain amount of the game, they get to fucking go to I guess this fucking paradise in space or whatever, you know, and like live amongst regular fucking rich people or whatever, and everybody who's on earth is like they're fucking poor, but like everybody's just scraping by type shit. Right. I like that kind of like what you said, like sports type shit.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, sci-fi shit's just I like the one. I like the the last the newest one that was kind of like that with Denzel's son. I think I seen that. He got like the little robot kid that he's trying to save and shit, but like AI's like on the run from humans and shit. That shit's crazy.
SPEAKER_16I think I seen the commercials for that or the trailer for that, but I haven't seen it.
SPEAKER_03But it's Denzel W Denzel Washington's son is the the protagonist in there. That shit all I'm saying is we're we are of the era, all of us at this table are from the era of conspiracy theories not so much being theories, you know what I'm saying? Oh, yeah. And we have seen so many of them like in our lifetime are like that's not a conspiracy theory anymore. You know what I mean? Like that shit is fucking facts, like only take a little bit of a couple of things. You know what I mean? It's uncovered. You know what I'm saying? So like one of the biggest conspiracy theories to me is that movies reflect like top earning movie directors and shit. They know shit that we don't know, yeah, and they'll sprinkle that shit into the movies. And then I believe in that shit. People, it's okay, uh, it's a conspiracy theory, they're just making movies. I'm like, Yeah, that's cool, bro. But again, I come from an area where a lot of that shit came true, and these movies just be telling you to your fucking face, bro.
SPEAKER_16Like, yeah, yeah, we're all just like, it could happen. It's not gonna happen. We'll give it five years. Yeah, yeah, give it five, and then what's that's give it a year, that's another scary concept, bro.
SPEAKER_03Generations are a scary concept, bro. Yeah, because we're talking 10-year breaks, yeah. It's way different for the next person, like in 10 years. That shit's crazy, bro. Yeah, super crazy.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, like you heard this generation is barely drinking now. Yeah, they stopped drinking, they stopped drinking.

SPEAKER_06Yeah, that's crazy. I even stopped smoking cigarettes, not because of because of because of genetics.
SPEAKER_03Not because of, you know, I vape. I vape now, but not because of my health.
SPEAKER_16No, but it was because of the information we have access to. Right. You know, that is different now. Once you know, you can't unknow, you know what I'm saying? So it's like even with the vape shit, bro. Have you seen a lot of the shit that would that is going on with the vape shit? Yeah, but the the chemical that was um in I guess it it causes like popcorn lungs. I've heard about that. That chemical is in the vapes, you know. So if people were getting popcorn lungs just walking around popcorn manufacturing facilities. Wait, that's what the word the term popcorn lungs come from? Yeah, I don't know. There's a chemical that was it was causing holes in people's lungs, but it was from popcorn. From a chemical that they used to spray on popcorn. I think it was.

SPEAKER_03I feel like a few years ago is when is when that started popping up where people were like getting hospitalized and like the name comes from an outbreak of the disease in the early 2000s among workers of a microwave popcorn factory who breathed in large amounts of a chemical used to give the popcorn a little bit flavor.

Um side, you know, that's side note, yeah.
SPEAKER_16Side note. Uh, what inspired you to start podcasting? And, you know, because as you've shown us earlier in this episode, you know, you used to do music under a rap alias of half pint. Um half pint. What caused the pivot?
SPEAKER_06Um well, I was actually I didn't really do I haven't done music for so long. So um it was probably during COVID actually that I started. I was actually making a lot of beats during COVID too. I was making beats and um I've always liked being like behind the scenes. You know what I mean? Like when it when it came to even the music side, I always liked being behind the scenes. behind the scenes rather than you know actually rapping I like to mix and master and do all that stuff. So um that helps with podcasting and like I said it was around COVID um when podcasting was pretty much at an all-time high. Yeah. So um I just started you know I was like I was like man I can I can do this. I can I can do a podcast and I just started it and came up with a name and rest is history.
SPEAKER_16I just I've I've started uh I've been going for a little less than two years I think let's go it said on YouTube that your first was 2023 so you're about three years.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah I think I I think I made the channel in 2023 and like did like a couple like side videos but I didn't do like an actual podcast I think 2024 I think it was when I did the first one.
SPEAKER_16So where did bias BS come?
SPEAKER_06Um so I was trying to think of a name um I I looked up like all the like the stats and like to see like what the the the main podcasts were like what the names were and it said the best the best thing to do was to have two or three uh words in the in like the title of your podcast. So I wanted something that was also like with my name because my name's Brett Bosonic so I wanted something that kind of goes with my name too like you know bias BS with Brett Bosonic or you know okay something like that like something that's kind of like the same like the same easy something like the same and and I was it it took me about a week to think of of the name and I was I was just I was just thinking I was like you know brainstorming and then one day it just came to me and I was like that's it that's the one and I was telling my you know well all my people around me are like hey what do you think of this name what do you think they're like dude that's the one that's yeah that's fucking so just the the telling you bro though it's it's crazy how the chips fall in on is that is that how you say it how the chips fall into place.
SPEAKER_03Yeah yeah yeah I don't know if that's the way you say but um how that works fall into place how the cars fall into place you know I'm talking about this nigga talking about snacks can't say nothing crazy fat people can't say shit bro I was talking about poker chips crazy how the hot Cheetos murder crazy how the how the legs fall into place it is crazy how that works because like you just came up with it you know and then like the way your name came out to add to the way you put it together and the quality of it that shit is like divine shit bro like that's some shit that you know that's that's some shit that not a lot of people fall into play is what I'm saying. Right.
SPEAKER_06And like I was thinking of a bunch of names too and then I was putting them in like like uh like a Google search to see if they're like anybody else had it and I kept fucking getting them like everybody who's had that there's a name for this there's a name for that and I was like that's the worst you know yeah bias BS is unique nobody got that shit.
SPEAKER_16Yeah there's a there's a there's a BS podcast but there's probably a bunch of BS podcast right a bunch of bullshit but the the thing that I like about the title bias BS is it's uh unashamed acceptance for your perspective yeah this is my shit I'm biased well yeah right you know and it's like you know because some people are like oh he's biased and then people will try to uh I guess deflect or argue that they're not biased you know but it's like you're like owning that shit right you know and then the way you guys you know conduct the podcast is is very like funny it leads into the interesting and then it's like your guys' thought processes are so like random and sporadic and all over the place that it's like it fits the bullshit part it's like you can be talking about one thing and then yeah and then you'll end up somewhere down a rabbit hole and then you'll come back and so I like that.
SPEAKER_06I fuck with it bro and I like to post facts too like even if I don't check something while I'm you know while I'm doing it I like to put the fact like the actual fact on the screen I like that you know oh that's another thing about your clips bro that are just phenomenal bro like you be having little pictures pop up I even I tried to do that shit one time like just to and it was a lot bro it's a lot of time it's a lot to fucking put pictures in and like make shit come in and fun facts and shit on the screen like especially when you do it all by yourself like that shit is a lot of fucking work bro yeah um all right another another thing I wanted to ask you five favorite hometown artists do you got them five favorite yeah five is a lot five is a lot of five is a lot of um it's a lot but it's it's well I can give you four for sure okay um uh BU is up there hey let's go BU's on the board absolutely um mechamalo mechamalo on the board um hectic and illy are both on the board that's that's two right there's four um just stop yeah I might stop right there that shit really wrap it up let's get a fib who we got uh I'm gonna have to do an honorable mention only because he basically put Milwaukee on the map cuckoo cow I mean you know that I have to oh I mean when cuckoo in Cuckoo's time yeah he had some fucking valid ass music bro yeah he's still a great lyricist I think oh for sure yeah his so he recently put out a project and I think it was called like in my projects no no it was it was like Mousetrap or some shit like that I forget um search search real what his last project was called real quick if you get a moment um but lyrically the project was code I just think that the beat selection could have been a lot better if he worked with some newer uh producers yeah you know it seemed like he was just trying to work with his homies from you know back in back in yeah which is that can work out to a certain extent but they know already a side of him and they're not trying to help him improve into you know something a little more modern.

SPEAKER_06Like if they say they use 300,000 gallons a fucking day or something like that, that's all being like used to like it gets evaporated and I've seen those videos where you see those people turning their faucets on and it comes out like brown, like nasty nasty water and shit, dude.
SPEAKER_03It could be it, they could be uh you know, stealing their water or or pumping their water, all of their water into their system somehow, but it says large facilities large facilities consume millions of gallons daily via evaporative cooling towers, though newer systems use closed loop or direct liquid chip cooling to reduce waste, but that doesn't stop the water being used.
